Union Bank invite online applications to fill up 250 vacancies Wealth Manager posts.

Age:

Minimum age 25 years and maximum age 35 years as on 01.08.2025
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:

Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe – 5 years

Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer)- 3 years

Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD)- 10 years

Ex-Servicemen, Commissioned Officers, including Emergency Commissioned Officers (ECOs/Short Service Commissioned Officers (SSCOs) who have rendered at least 5 years military service and have been released on completion of assignment (Including those whose assignment is due to be completed within one year from the date of notification) otherwise than by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency or physical disability attributable to military service or invalidment- 5 years

Educational Qualifications:

  1. Full time 2-year degree/course in MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM from a University /Institution/recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies
  2. The above-mentioned course/s i.e. MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM must be of full time 2 years degree.
  3. Desirable Certifications: Certification in NISM / IRDAI / NCF/ AMFI

Work Experience:

Minimum 3 Years Postqualification experience as Officer / Managerial role in Wealth Management with Public Banks / Private Banks /
Foreign Banks / Broking Firms / Securities Firms / Asset Management Companies.

Key Responsible Area/Job Profile

 Single point of contact for all banking needs of HNI clients.
 Acquire, nurture & strengthen relationship with HNI clients.
 Selling range of Investment & Insurance products to clients.
 Focusing on increasing the Total Relationship Value (TRV) and Assets Under Management (AUM) of clients.
 Perform financial need analysis and risk profiling for all the HNI clients.
 Conducting periodic portfolio review of clients.
 Ensure 100% documentation of all transactions and execution of client instructions with minimum TAT.
 Conduct sessions for creating insurance and investment awareness among field functionaries /branches

PROBATION PERIOD:

The selected candidates will be on Probation for a period of 2 years of active service from the date of his / her joining the Bank.

SERVICE INDEMNITY BOND:

The selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Indemnity Bond undertaking to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 years r to pay the Bank a sum of Rs.2,50,000.00 (Rs. Two Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) plus applicable taxes (if any) as per Government rules in case he / she leaves the Bank before completion of 3 years of active service.

SELECTION PROCESS:

The selection process may comprise of Online Examination / Group Discussion / Screening of applications and / or Personal Interview
depending on the numbers of applicants/eligible candidates. The Bank reserves the absolute right to decide as to whether to use all or any of these modes for selection for the notified posts.
